Where we’ll meet

Our workshops will take place online over Zoom conferencing. Once you register, we’ll send you a phone number for you to dial in over the phone or a link so that you can join via video chat!

If you’d like to know more about how to set up Zoom, read our simple instructions page.

What we’ll learn

Every week our facilitators share different fun and engaging life story prompts with participants. It’s a great way to laugh, reflect, and bond with others.

We’ll also help you audio record and preserve your life stories into a personal memory book. Check out a sample memory book.

Life Story Workshops will be held weekly over Zoom. All details will be provided upon sign-up/registration.

Workshops are pay per session, with the first session free!
Each session is limited to 10 participants.

Please select one of the two workshop options. You will be taken to a Calendly page where you can reserve you’re spot and pay through Paypal. If you’d like to pay over the phone, please reach out over email to linnea[at]
